Hello!
This is a very small script yet very useful. Simply put, what it does is convert a key char into a string.
Let's say you're making remappeable controls for a game. You'll want the player to know what key they are putting, but when you put a control like "vk_left", it will return "27". Enter this script. With this, all you have to do is put key_to_string(vk_left) and it will return a simple, legible "Left Arrow".
This will save some small headaches and a little bit of time :)
