I came across a problem where GM games would use up 100% of a core, no matter the FPS the game was running.
This was not very nice for my dedicated game servers (since I pay for usage), and actually its not nice for people playing the game either (waste of resources).
Thus, I've created this extension that calculates the remaining step time, and then non-blockingly sleeps the thread so that the CPU resources are free to use for other applications.

I have also servers across the world and I pay for what I use and would really like you to release this for 1.4 if possible. My servers use 30% of 1 vCPU and I tried to reduce it to 20% but couldnt. 20% would cost me 2.5x less per server. Thx
