A "Circle the Dot" type engine. The engine itself straightforward, but includes use of arrays, and a more difficult path finding system. The path finding is coded from scratch, it does not use GameMaker's build in functions (as this is a hexagonal grid which will not work with the built in functions). Using the project as is will suit a beginner skill level. To understand the pathfinding, a medium to advanced skill level is required (though it can be used as is). There is clean and well commented code, explaining how each part of the engine works. The engine is cross-platform compatible.
