A generic statbar that has many customization options and is very useful for characters and abilities.
Adding bars to the panel is a simple as adding one variable to an array.
Bars update gradually to give a smooth change over time, rather than snapping to the value given.
Code is completely commented. Background image not included.
Works in Game Maker Studio 2. Enable interpolation in your graphics settings for the gradient effect or change the background sprites to either be larger or one solid color.
