Description

Android scrolling page example. This GMS1, GMS2 demo includes horizontal and vertical page scrolling with the mouse. The best uses for this system are interactive books and scrolling menus for Android games.

I made this code while working for IcyProject (new starting company specialized for android interactive books). If you want to see how this code works on android you can download Azure Flame books on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.IcyProjects.AzureFlameDawn or on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.IcyProjects.AzureFlameZenith

UPDATE: Version 1.0.2 - Added clickable objects (white A, B, C, D and E buttons)

Not what I thought

> The best uses for this system are interactive books

I was hoping this would be a start for a book, I think I was wrong. Just a scrolling example which is nice but would have been nicer if you would have used pages to allow us to add in png or jpg files to make a book and flip pages. Not what I was looking for when I bought into the app and a nightmare to add pages to the one spr for vertical you use. Is there a way to make each v_pg a book page as an image? such as v_pg_01, v_pg_02?? If you can fix this I will give you a 5 star. Thanks for listening and still, a great product, just not what I needed it for, which was a book. Thanks.

it works good

Simply and effective, maybe a bit expensive, the author should add an example also with clickable objects.
A good point for beginners to start with scrolling!

Thank you for this review. I can add clickable objects into the demo. For now, you can simply add a 'button' object and just make the button.x (or the button.y) to be at the specific x (or y) of a scrolling object. For example add button.x=scrollingpage.x+50 into a step event of a button. O and thank you for purchasing this demo. This will greatly help my current and future projects. Also, good luck with your project! :)

What is the issue?
