This package demonstrates a script that will sort the tile map of a given layer into multiple layers set at various depths emulating dynamic depth based on the y value of each tile.

basically this script sets each tile's depth to = depth_offset(should be room_height) - y so any object which also has it's depth set dynamically will appear in front or behind the tile appropriately for a top down or isometric game.

Interesting method

Thanks for sharing! Been trying to figure out dynamic depth sorting to work for above and below ground levels.
