D3DEx DX9Ex (DirectX9 Extended)

DX9Ex aims to enchance GameMaker Studio's 3D capabilities.

Features:

  • Texture Filtering: None, Point, Linear, Anisotropic 2X-16X. (Can also be set to individual samplers)
  • Point Sprites (requires a shader to work, could just be passthrough with one small addition)
  • Culling: None, Back, Front
  • Fill Mode: Solid, Wireframe, Point
  • Texture Adress Mode: Wrap, Clamp, Mirror

Notes:

THIS ASSET ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS!

It is NOT recommended to import this into your current project. (there will probably be name clashes)

It was more meant as an example to help you implement this into your own projects however you see fit.

If you get any shader errors, please change the type of each shader to HLSL 9 otherwise they will not work.
