This free extension uses GPS to get the geolocation of the device. It only works on Android at this moment. You can get the latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, bearing and the accuracy of the position. By default, this will use the location cached on the device, but you can (and should, in most situations) also start updating it, which will use the GPS of the device. Please note that the latitude and longitude returned by the extension are much more accurate than displayed in the screenshot above.
There are some extra functions as well. For example, you can open the Android settings if the user has disabled location, or calculate the distance between two points on Earth. Please note that you must know GML quite well to use this extension! An example on how to use the functions is included.
Google Play Services are not required, so this should (for example) also work on Amazon Fire devices which support location.

This extension will only work when you create an application. When simply running the game, the functions won't do anything.
