I have edited the sh_smf_static shader from smf (Snidr File Formating - https://forum.yoyogames.com/index.php?threads/smf-3d-skeletal-animation-now-with-a-custom-blender-exporter.19806/) to allow multiple spot lights you can edit it as much as you want its not really optimised cuz i wanted to leave the fun parts for you guys ;) having more than 200 lights makes my gtx 1050 ti struggle so you need to add some optimizations yourself maybe draw lights only in a radius near the player and a limit of how many lights a player can render at a time and thats all hope you find this asset helpful
