A script/shader combo to render a skybox with relative ease.
Not dependent on, but pairs quite nicely with my animation system: MaddeModelKit
Simply call MMK_skybox_draw(camera, texture) or MMK_skybox_draw(x, y, z, texture) (The latter is faster) to draw a skybox using a skybox texture based on the net of a cube. Such textures can be created from a 2D horizontal tiling texture using my skybox generator
Works tested on Windows and Android. If you find any errors elsewhere, please tell me so I can fix them.
The shader does not work with HTML5. I am unsure as to why and will fix this if I find the problem.
Increased the "buffer distance" on mobile to further reduce distorions
