Description

This simple script will help create ragdolls quickly and efficiently!

  • This script will automatically figure out a humanoid ragdoll from the sprites you feed it.

  • Allows you to add an initial force, this will allow you to make a character fall over with the same force they were moving with.

  • Allows part specific forces, so if the character hits their head on a pole, you can make their head get pushed back from the impact, while the body moves forward.

  • Has a demo to learn, and play with the script.

  • This script will be worked on to make it more efficient and with new tools with new updates that will come periodically.

Wow!

Fantastic asset. The demo update gave me everything I wanted!

I happen to be working on a physics game right now. With a few minor adjustments, I was able to plug in this template naturally.
(If you're curious, I commented out the step and alarm events from the spawner to create the ragdoll as a singular entity,
then I set a premade physics object as its parent to activate the proper collisions. Easy stuff.)

It's as simple as pie to change sprites, spray blood from dismembered limbs, manipulate bodies, etc.
All of my codes are compatible. I feel like my current capabilities are enough to work with this asset.
This is a big boon.

Recommended if you're a ragdoll junkie like me!
