This is a top down framework I wrote to use with prototyping new games ideas before I write things from scratch. If you purchase this all code, art assets, and everything else are creative common 0 so you can use them in personal and commercial products as long as you buy this package. Feel free to modify anything and improve on my code. This includes art assets and basically complete player object with multiple weapon types, damage models and player interaction with the world including buttons traps and a hook shot item.
I think one of the coolest things in this project is the directional based blood system.
Controls are arrow keys, 1 and 2 to switch weapons, and z to attack.

I was hoping to learn from this framework but it isn't even commented.
Player moves quicker on diagonals than it does on horizontal or vertical movement.
Probably 70% of objects don't work e.g Hookshot object leaves the player in a permanent screen shake inducing
collision loop. *Vomit Emoji*
It's a pity because I can tell a lot of work went into it.

This is a very good asset.
There are bombs, shuriken, boomerang, hook shots, etc. The idea swells.
From now on recommend it to those who make top-down games.
