there is no raindrops, only moving platform
P.S. Fixed it. Open scr_rain_spawn and change
drop_y[drops] = view_yview - 8;
drop_y[drops] = view_yview + irandom(view_hview);
Some raindrops still out of grid, but it is a low percentage
same as Andy M... Not working
There's no rain appearing. only ground and platform moving
the compiler says: out of bound dslist, the first value is ok between the range, the second is negative -1.
i like the effect
There's no rain appearing for me and no commenting to give me a clue how to use the effect. Instructions would help.
Somebody of the german Game Maker Forum said the same thing. Which GM Studio Version have you? Normaly the rain appears. I dont know why this is.
This rain effect is not only well thought and optimized, but also very pleasant for the eye.
Plus, i put it inside my game, which is based on grids, and it detects tiles automatically! :O Wow!
