Provided is a full example project complete with objects scripts and everything you need to implement an inventory system in your game.
This system uses two arrays. One for your item list and one for your player inventory.
There are 3 examples of different inventory systems included. One which is a list view complete with item names descriptions and sprites in the style of classic games like FF and SOTN.
The second is a grid system and the third if overlayed during gameplay.
Items can be set to be stackable or not if not a new entry is created for them in the inventory.
Items can also have a quantity so that for example 4 of a certain item could be obtained from one pickup.
Scripts and examples provided for collecting and using items.
There is also a script and example for sorting the inventory to prevent gaps created by using items.
Fully commented, read me file included in project.
